Mid Michigan | I've always been a home cooking kind of person. Maybe fast food every two weeks just for a treat. We're always having to do dishes and get groceries. Just has become a lifestyle. Personally I eat a LOT of produce and salsa out of a garden for the entire summer and fall. We also have a lot of fruit trees around and I've just always been able to just walk outside and have something healthy to eat. Family all went to a nice restaurant a couple of weeks ago and it was the first time being at a sit down place in at least a year. In fact I had sirloin tips and it was the first steak I've had this year. Was a real treat to go to that place. I survive on a lot of fish, chicken and burger. I think it's probably why I weigh in at 185 instead of 285. | |
