The problem with dog attacks is that they're so random. How likely is it that ANYBODY is going to be going to a doctors appointment carrying a big can of either or wasp spray. Not likely. It happens at the most inopportune time when you might be wearing dress clothes or shorts and it's very suprising when it happens. If someobody is walking around with a can of wasp spray they're probably looking for something to spray with it. If I had to walk past a vicious dog every day I would be ready to confront the dog on the next day but not the first day. What blows me away about it is that we are still dealing with vicious dogs in the year 2021. Just like cave men did 12,000 years ago. Stupid people that have a beast they can't control.
