I took the motor off and manully ajusted it with a vice grip twice a year, fast for beans and slow for corn. You can do it by hand with the machine shut off and feeder house locked up (safety police), roll the belt with your right hand while turning the screw with a vice grip. I dont remember now if I left the vice grip clamped onto the bolt so it wouldnt turn by itself or not.
