Is there a threaded adjustment rod involved? I don't remember on the feeder house, but I know on the fan speed we fought the little window motor not being able to adjust fan speed because the threaded adjustment rod was seized up. Took it a part, cleaned it up, coated it in anti seize and we were good to go. Would be my guess if you have power and a working motor.
