After seeing the vol corn from my Labor Day and mid sept picking I am gonna verify it as a cover crop and see if uncle Joe will give me $5/acre off my crop insurance next year.

It doesn’t take much to make it look like a lot. I failed this year on the corn. So might as well laugh and go on. The early picking, brush cutting the stalks then rains made a good seed bed for it to sprout and it hasn’t frosted yet….
