Subject: RE: Wasn’t keystone

West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12
Yes it is political theatre...fueled by big oil greed.

The Keystone pipeline was never "shutdown", it's still transporting tar sand everyday. And, the bigger, better Enbridge line three in MN is now online transporting more tar sand than it ever has since it became operational in the 60's. And the Koch Brothers MPL tar sand pipeline that went online in 2008 (that literally runs past my bedroom window) is cranked up to full capacity.

A fact people have forgot...or never even knew, is that natural gas pipeline...or two flowing South from Canada into the US, were reconfigured/reverse flowed to transport tar sand pumping diluent North back to Canada in the not so distant past.

The production of Canadian diluent has been increasing in recent years and there is talk of reversing the flow of one diluent pipeline back South...the pipeline will not be transporting natural gas.

People should do some research as to how much natural gas, and electricity it takes to mine, transport, refine, and then export the refined tar sand.
