Most food shortages throughout history has been directly caused by humans wanting to control other humans.
We out here in the sticks are resilient people. We are very independent and central planners don’t like that. Most totalitarian regimes get to the position of total control by starvation. It worked for Stalin, Mao, and Pol Pot. Man made famine. It’s too bad that when these famines were taught about in school the truth wasn’t told of these famines being planned by communist governments.
