It is all about risk management. Do you want to be in charge or do you want the banker in charge. The majority of my debt is on land and equipment. Fixed at a low interest rate. I think it is naive to think interest rates will stay low forever.
Most if my debt is land. Fixed rate. I owe on a new tractor also. I personally thought interest rates would be higher already.
