ottertail co mn | If you use it to buy inputs I would want to make sure that I also had that much money or more for inputs to buy the next year also or else all you have done is squandered your money and owe more on a tractor potentially worth less money.

Personally would not do it. LOC is better option
Think of people who refinance their house with a cash out option, seems like they never get ahead but always have new TVs and recreational things.
I like to pay off loans and have a better cash flow and operating capital that way.
