. | I found this auction ad in a September 1951 issue of the local county newspaper. I knew my father in law purchased this farm in 1951, and moved here in late fall of that year. Since the original was pretty hard to read, I retyped it and will frame the copy. I either couldn't read it right, or they made a mistake, because I'm sure the McDeering disc listed was not a 20 ft model. Here's the more legible copy I reprinted, and the original newspaper announcement. Wish husband was still around to see this, he'd get a big kick out of it.
