| Wife bakes a lot of cookies in her convection oven s. Instead of rotating pans 1/2 way thru try rotating bottom pan to the top with less than 1/2 the time remaining. I was helping her bake chocolate chip & oatmeal raisin cookies Wed. Total cooking time was 8 1/2 minutes. Would rotate the bottom pan to top at 5 min, then bake for the remaing 3 1/2 minutes. Cookies on both pans were evenly baked, none over / under baked. | |
