Central ND | Educate me on different row crop cultivator types. Currently have an old 8 row 30"John Deere S tine. The thought of going back to row crop cultivating sticks in my mind when every year seems to be more resistant weeds. As well as increased chemical costs. Not to mention certain weed control options in sunflowers are limited. My dad mentions the thought that a row cultivator with an actual cultivator spring shank would probably be better than the S tine.
Would probably be looking into a used 16 row 30" cultivator. Thanks. | |
