| So if I’m understanding you correctly you’re saying this is kind of on me then? Because I was not told that this pivot overhang our property line, road easement and our pens. And I signed no paperwork that told me that pivot came that close and I was OK with it watering the pens. What bothers me is that the pivot owner nor the previous owner mentioned it to me during closing or when we were livestock here that it watered the pens.
I definitely understand about the wind. There’s nothing anyone can do about that unfortunately. But even if you had a strong wind blow in the other way it’s still wouldn’t keep the water out of us | |
