Mather, Manitoba | Is this a joke or what? B+E breakfast daily then some sort of protein/ carb for evening. Cooked a hutterite 5lb chicken and baked potatoes this evening. Learned to cook 20 or so different dishes since C-19 started. Just have to remember to take something out of deep freeze in the morning.
Eat properly, feel good, sleep well. The problem is I'm by myself. Cook for 4, eat for one. Definitely gained weight.
