| Probably can have them pay for the pulley without much conflict. Now if it was a high $ part then I would suspect you would get blow back from the customer. Either that or lose them forever.
Someone else above said something about how good of a customer they are, but new customers can become good customers too.
I would think explaining the issue and showing them that you are not making any money on the part (charging them cost) will be very acceptable to most.
I know you always get those occasional jerks that want you to give them everything plus a free tank of gas or something stupid. Do you really want them ever to come back? Probably not. | |
