Near-north Ontario, French River | when new pump comes in. mic the shaft and compare it to the bad one..check the new pulley against damaged one as well,,, that will tell you if the problem was with the first replacement pump . Proceed from there.. I don't think the customer should pay for anything on the current repair... yeah that sucks for you, but eating the labour and new pulley might just gain you loyalty and a good reputation for standing behind your work...
