Yep, that's pretty close; probably could make it work.
Since I posted I've done more searching online. I guess because heavy 3 pt. mounted stuff is more popular in Europe and Australia/NZ, I can find plenty of Cat III pins in those places. With shipping, might still be cheaper than Horsch's pins.
