That looks about the size and length of the pins locking the swinging drawbar in place on a lot of 4WD and larger MFWD tractors, maybe check that option.
You might want something hardened/rated but Cat PN: 237-9355 is a 1 7/16" pin x 11" long that holds up the stabilizer pad on a Cat backhoe, $85.
