“Back in the day“ most farms around here had about 110-130 tillable acres. With hay, corn and small grains in the rotation a K or F was a great size for that size farm.
I had a E and two F’s when I was starting out before switching to axial flows. They were good combines but lacked the capacity I needed as I added acres.
