SEIL | I sincerely do IF you are one of the legitimate organic farmers that make it work. I am certainly a capitalist. If you can find a way to get paid for your extra effort, I want individuals like you to succeed.
That being said, I am never going to believe a chicken or egg or milk or cheese or ham or ???? in any grocery store has had any different care or feed just because it is labeled "Organic". Absolutely impossible for any customer to confirm otherwise.
I also have a lady friend who will pay 3 times as much for that "Certified Organic" jetprint and never blink an eye. I gave up the debate years ago. Now I say, "Can't argue with your figure. Keep doing what you do babe."
