Beresford, SD | Well, I’m buying: mod at $105 laid in, liquid is $285, I paid $130 for some premium alfalfa (grinding my own now), millet hay be $75 after grinding, I would like $5.50 for my corn and $45/ton for my corn silage............plus I’d like some new feeding and spreading equipment so charge me .40 cents yardage. If I’d guess cattle be gaining 2.5 on the grower to 3.75 on the finisher. It’s too early for math. When one does the math with these high priced feed stuffs, it’ll tell ya to drop the hammer and push the heck out of them.
