I generally tell them to talk with the FSA office. Granted not all that is asked for by NASS is reported to FSA but a lot is. Just let me fill out an permission to share info release and then I only have to report once.
Crop insurance figured this out years ago, now our fsa office sends the 578 to our agent and we just have to sign to verify.
