| I don't get cramps too often but 3 nights ago , had the worst pain I've ever known, on and off( mostly on) for almost 3 hours. Back of my left leg, from buttocks to my toes, felt like a steel rod got shoved through there.
Hurt bad enough that I was sweating and thought I was going to puke.
Stretching didn't help, tried walking - couldn't hardly make it out of the bedroom or to the bathroom. I was almost ready to wake my wife to head to the hospital when it finally went away.
I get PLENTY of salt ;>) and Gatorade. | |
