Western EC Iowa | We have a char broil infrared, too. Probably six years old, wind has tossed it around a few times, grates finally starting to wear through. Best cooking grill I have ever had. Turn it on high and let it go, no flares at all. Also have a green mountain pellet. Works great, but totally different flavor. Did pork chops tonight, probably 35-40 minutes for startup and cook time total, so not a big time commitment. |
