We just got a Blackstone this spring and really like it. You can do so much more than burgers and steaks. We've been doing a lot of stir fry lately. We took it camping and did pancakes, bacon and eggs on it.
We had an infrared grill before this and definitely didn't think it was worth the extra cost over a regular grill.
In need of a new grill
