You lost 1/3 of your crop to chemical damage, sorry to hear that.
What about the other 2/3? Same chemicals applied but at a different time and/or rate? Sprayer calibrated properly so as to not overapply? Mistake on amount of chemicals used?
Not implying you made any mistakes but those are questions I would ask if I were the dealer. Thing is how do you prove it was not an error on your part? I don't know, just asking.
