| Not saying I am happy with my crop but this is not 2012. Yes, there are dry areas but if you live in Champaign County and farm close to Piatt I’m guessing you had plenty of rain this spring and early summer. We didn’t get those rains in 2012 and it was 100 degrees virtually everyday. Not trying to start anything I’m just nervous people are going to miss opportunities expecting a widespread drought. There are dry areas every year and with this kind of weather it only takes 1 day to be at 100% of normal. | |
