If the historically crying wolf Illinois farmers don’t get to gripe about what might happen if it doesn’t rain for another 2-3 weeks than the PP folks shouldn’t get to gripe either? Is that the long and the short of it? Man I am so glad I entered this conversation. Ain’t nothing funner than this.
