Yep. Most people don't associate pain with what they eat. But at least for some of us, it makes a big difference. Used to have the end joint of my little finger that would get really sore and sensitive. Wouldn't necessarily hurt all the time, but just so sore that if I bumped it in the slightest way it would about bring me to tears. Don't know, could have been gout but never had it diagnosed. Just figured it was arthritis. Don't have it since I changed diet. My dad in later years had big swollen joints on his hands from arthritis. He liked his sweets. In retrospect I think that was his problem, based on what I have learned. John
