I don't doubt her one bit though. After being near zero sugar and carbs for a year.....when I accidently grabbed a "diet" iced tea instead of the "unsweetened" one, it was overwhelmingly sweet!!!!
The sweet tea used to be my normal choice and the regular "just tea" wasn't good tasting to me, but I prefer it now.
It's a slippery slope for many folks who deal with carb addiction.
Just imagine a recovering alcoholic being told to have two drinks at every meal, and one drink between meals, but don't go get drunk. That's bad for you....... | |
