SW Minnesota | I think it is both. My pedometer says I'm at an average of 12-13,000 steps per day for the last week. That is a little high for me but close to average. I have slowed down in my weight lose to something like a pound a month. My tastes have definitely changed. What I still noticed is that every time I get very far off Keto my joints start hurting. That gets to be a vicious circle: pain then less movement. | |
