A lot of great questions that should be answered. But I take issue with one thing that was stated about neither side wants to fix it. From what I gather both sides want to fix it. But neither has the recipe to do so. But not talking about in does not fix it so let us move in the direction of dialogue.. It can be solved but will take old prejudice and bias to task.
