You think since he was on drugs had other issues. Even though, that he paid his debt to society, by spending time in prison. It is ok or good riddance I believe you said..
As I and others have mentioned MANY times and you continue to ignore....the autopsy report says he had Fentynal and meth in his system. The store owner told police he was intoxicated and not in control of himself....yet he was behind the wheel of a car. So don't go saying he did his time and paid his debt and he was a pillar of society. And the car was a Mercedes....I don't know any bouncers that drive Mercedes so, I'm going out on a limb and sayin' he was dealer......and not a Mercedes dealer either. Yes good riddance as far as I'm concerned. Why does the fact he had drugs in his system make it, not murder?
I don't think I said that either. Drugs is why I say good riddance. In my non legal opinion, he killed himself but that's not for me to decide.
However, when presented with information such as this (see below) I think a jury will consider it not murder. We shall see but I think the prosecutor has a tough row to hoe on this one. No brainer acquittal

Cardiomyopathy is a heart disease that makes it harder for the blood to pump to the rest of the body.3
Chest pain. Meth use can lead to chest pains and a feeling of heavy pressure on the heart. These are the first early warning signs of a heart attack. A 2012 study examined how meth use affects the hearts of rats. The study showed that meth use can cause arrhythmia, internal bleeding and heart failure."
