The sad part is I don't think this virus is going away any time soon, it appears to be able to mutate, to what extent I don't know. Doubt a vaccine will work on it though in that case. Probably become just another cold virus going around in years to come.
Hopefully this comes as a wakeup call to many to do something about their health, how many actually do remains to be seen.

I know I don't eat healthy all the time, might make up for it from intermittent fasting though when I get too busy to bother to eat during the day though. (I rarely eat breakfast either.) Maybe not the best route to go for weight loss but seems to work for me?

Somewhere a few years ago I had read that most people get plenty of calories for daily activities, but a lack of certain nutrients causes them to still be hungry and eat more, which leads to excess calories and weight gain. Thoughts? Seemed they focused mostly on essential amino acids our bodies cannot produce, maybe to a minor extent some minerals/nutrients as well.
