With all the talk of medicines and vaccines, few are talking about diet. Yet we know by the statistics that over weight and metabolically unhealthy people are more susceptible to death by covid 19.
Improvements to metabolic health can be achieved in a matter of a few days. Reversal of diabetes within a couple weeks. I did it.

Just today at another site (Trapperman .com)--Forum--(Trap talk) a trapper going by( Yukon 254) thread (Rheumatoid Arthritis}} from the Yukon is sharing his experience with RA, and how going to a carnivore diet has healed him from disability.
