I wonder if some of the flakyness is configuring the uart1's for 460800. I also found out today that taking all the jumpers off before making configuration changes calms the system down. I also was unable to get Raven to see the Data coming out of the USB port and thru a USB to rs232 adapter. I'm going to order a couple of those uart to rs232 shields.
