Westport, IN | 115200, Because I think that is all the Versa can handle, at least it is all the higher it searches for in the messages screen. Versa autobaud itself it seems.
I litrerally just pluuged in the sheild. Pins connected into UART 1 by design, two switches in the board set 232 or 485 and a hard serial soft serial switch. Soft serial mode may allow changing rates, and other optoins. I am set on hard serial. It appears to be just a pass through, and boosted voltage.
I even went into create an AB line and it did not get mad at me.
Now to get it powered on the Ag Leader harness and fire it up in RTK out side and see what happens.
I will need to get a db9 connector for the sheild, and find a way to make my box bigger to hold the sheild.
I happened to have this sheild in a box of a varity of sheilds a bought when starting playing with unos.
