NE Indiana | I stumbled across this thread on the ublox support portal. It looks like a MAX3232 device might be the trick to hardwiring the UART1 to RS232. There must be some other conversion going on along with the voltage shift. I'm going to give this a try with a null modem as I do not want any voltage from the display feeding into my board; only GND, Rx, and Tx.
