| I got called away about a stray yearling in neighbor's pasture, just got back in. So the meatloaf cooked on autopilot almost 4 hours alltogether, most of that time on 250 degrees.
It's good but doesn't hold together very well. Might stick together better if I try to make cold sandwiches out of it. Not too spicy at all. I suppose that depends on your taste. I think most people would add some salt/pepper. I'm going to put on some Mrs Dash. I'm surprised the onion doesn't come through more because it actually looked like I was putting in too much onion. | |
