If your premium tripled you probably had a junk policy before
I had a heck of a lot better policy before. Spent sometime in the hospital under the both the legacy plan and the ACA plan. ACA plan is crap, if I could have taken 1/2 the ACA subsidy to support the legacy plan, I'd have never switched.
