| I like to use forks to draw trendlines to the dismay of andrews followers on here. Answering your question, why not 250? Because they blew the top off in 2008, and have spent considerable time up there. And they have had alot of time to reach 250 and failed. "Price knows" there is a new fundamental balance. I would argue if it reaches 250 it looks like 1987, exception rather than rule.
