Possibly. Very possible .05, .10 might be a challenge, but as they say, your mileage may vary....

Delivering on call may have some reward, I can't say I've seen it, but I won't argue against it. To me the more important thing is physical control. I have gotten so that almost no grain leaves my possession until the basis is fixed. I may have the futures side open yet, but that is not under the control of the person who now has my grain. The locations with the most storage, and best fall dump capacity, around here typically have the lowest bid. And they WILL offer a tighter basis if you squeeze and they know you'll haul it elsewhere.

100K is a big bin, you should be able to get it done for $1.35-1.50/bu, even at .25/bu that's a decent investment. Not great, but decent. And I think you'll do better. Much better.
