Maybe the shrink deduction includes a drying charge? You did haul in excess H2O so that is a part of the shrink which they will not pay for. However, you also did not dock yourself for hauling in beans at l0-11%. (not enough H2O) At 4.6% dockage, your actual loss was possibly only 2-3% which was excess lbs. of water.
