Depending upon how they sample you are better off to go with 400bu dry in one hopper and 500 wet in the other. I have made a science of blending beans over 40 years and kind of have a competition with the guys that dump, sometimes I win sometimes they do. I always try to stockpile some good dry beans for blending. It helps to have two overhead tanks.
