West of Broken Bow | Well, my barber had to leave his really nice leased room for his barbershop in the bottom floor of a neat old, renovated hotel. Lots of history in that old place. Big investors came in and started buying up everything they could in the old downtown area, including the old hotel. So, just as I suspected, when my barber’s lease was up for renewal, he moved the business elsewhere. The investors wanted more money per month and you had to sign a longer lease. He ended up at another barbershop with a number of other barbers. But at this newest location he only gets to cut hair three days a week. That really hurts his income. So I tip him every time now.
