I did download and try the program...it should do exactly what you want to...that is merge individual pdf files into one.

I made up a quick video tutorial on how to use the program.  The tutorial assumes you have created a folder plus any sub-folders and have saved the individual pdf reports to the proper folders.  The tutorial shows how to combine reports to create a "master report" and then shows how to add subsequent reports to the master.

Using your folder example in a previous post you would have main folder called Oil Reports with a sub folder called MX 275 Oil and a sub folder called MX 275 Hyd.  You would save the pdf file reports from your email for each category in the proper sub folder and then merge the individual pdf files in each category into one document.
