Yea.

That is why I enjoy this site so much. You guys have a lot going on in the background from time to time, and herding us bunch of squirrels can sure be taxing at times I bet.

Then stuff like this comes along, and the governing laws of freedom of expression and private company and all that get very grey in the internet world. A big company can easily threaten to sue a modest size company (or a volunteer deal like this) and just subdue the whole issue without doing anything. NAT is just the medium, the real person that the big company should be discussing this with is the one who posted; but that is harder for the company to follow through and so they pick on the easy hanging fruit. Not right, but how it is done.

Libel is actually pretty hard to get action on; but the threat of it becomes the practical matter here and what does one do.... what can one do. You can fight it and win 999 times out of 1000 but what good does that do after legal bills?

Same old story.
