As long as Agtalk is willing to offer the same cake in the store to everyone I think your fine. What happens when Agtalk starts to edit, delete, posts based on outside influence.....not good.
I get the Pain in the Butt consideration.
Is it a battle or is it a war in your
Mind?
If it's a war, fight it and my opinion is you will prevail.
The company wont spend any money on this. However, it's on your plate and it's a pain in the butt.
If you do choose to leave the post , do not respond in email or phone. Do nothing except possibly the disclaimer suggested above.
If they peruse, expect a cease and desist order after they spend a bunch of time and money.
Their ability to PROVE damages is very difficult. A win for them down the road is simply a removal of the post.

If it's a battle, take the post off and go do something fun.

If it were me, I would add the disclaimer and do nothing. Based on who the company, I might consider having my lawyer respond with a polite email saying that's"we" have evaluated our position and will take no action. This action is suggestive Agtalk is willing to put their money where their mouth is. A polite , bring it on so the speak.
