What about where you ream that egg shaped hole, it will have a new center. Other than that worry I like it. Maybe it's not enough to worry about.

You are correct that the center will be somewhat off but there is no way to make it perfect without a mill. Unless the arms are in real bad shape it should not be enough to notice.
