The last 2 sealed bid auctions I was in on, were both land rental deals, I got the one dryland 80, but I was the only bidder, the other irrigated 320, I had 2nd highest but, there was only 2 of us that bid on it. On this situation, its just high bid, there is no 2nd chance. I bid on a sealed bid auction, once and had high bid and still didnt get the 700 acres, it was inda outa my area, and the guy said he didnt know who I was, but one of the local bto operators, got it for $5 an acre less, so they dont always bid the most, LOL
